All payments will be taken in full when the booking is taken. The cancellation policy is as shown below: -

Cancellation received more than [56] days before start date

Charge is [10]% of holiday price; [90]% refund

Cancellation received more than [42] days but no more than [55] days before start date

Charge is [50]% of holiday price; [50]% refund

Cancellation received more than [35] days but no more than [41] days before start date

Charge is [ 70]% of holiday price; [30]% refund

Cancellation received more than [28] days but no more than [34] days before start date

Charge is [ 80]% of holiday price; [20]% refund

Cancellation received more than [8] days but no more than [27] days before start date

Charge is [ 90]% of holiday price; [10]% refund

Cancellation received [7] days or less before start date 

Charge is 100% of holiday price, no refund
