From the entrance on the ground floor there is a downstairs cloakroom and cosy lounge with open fire and garden/sea views, from there across the hall is the large family kitchen dining room with access to the beautifully maintained garden, which has many secluded areas to sit and eat and while away the hours if you dont fancy the beach, on the otherhand if you do you can access the beach through the terraced garden, down the steps and onto our dog friendly beach below. The first floor comprises of a twin bedded room with plenty of wardrobe space and wash hand basin and sea views, a single room with bunk beds a family bathroom and the master bedroom with en-suite, this room has the added advantage of a door leading onto a decked seating area with amazing views across the bay.
